1. Issues/Repair:
1.1 Within Warranty:
If the product is broken/damaged due to misuse it will not be considered under warranty.
If there is any functionality related issue with the product it will be considered under warranty for repair or replacement.
If the product is under warranty and can be repaired or replaced the concerned customer is required to bear the courier charges for the delivery of the product to our location.
Note –
Courier charger for just delivery of the product to Procus further the courier charges for the product’s delivery at the concerned customer location will be borne by us.
When customer is sending the product back to company for repair or replacement the onus of packaging the product properly lies with the customer. Therefore if we receive the product in a damaged condition it will not be eligible for repair or replacement.
In case the customer receives the product in damaged condition or receives wrong shipment, Customer must notify company on +91 89684 69643 or drop an email at
support@procusgo.com
( Monday to Friday 10 am to 7pm) within 7 days of the purchase. In failing to do so the repair or replacement will not be accepted.
1.2 Warranty period exhausted:
If there is any functionality related issue of the product then it can be repaired or replaced but the service will be chargeable as warranty has expired.
If the product is damaged and the customer is willing to get it repaired, the team will assess the damage and inform the customer of the additional charges accordingly. Based on agreement of these chargers the repair or replacement service will be carried out.
Once the customer agrees to have the product repaired or replaced when warranty has expired the courier charges to send the product back to company will be borne by the customer.
Note –
Courier charger for just delivery of the product to Procus further the courier charges for the product’s delivery at the concerned customer location will be borne by us.
2 Returns:
The customer has to file for a return within 7 days of delivery. Post this the return will not be accepted.
To sending the product back to company for return, the product, all the accessories along with the bill must be packed well in the original packaging. The onus of packaging the product properly lies with the customer. Therefore if we receive the product in a damaged condition it not be eligible for return.
